Batchoy is an Ilonggo soup recipe which is thought to have originated in Lapaz/La Paz in Iloilo City.
In this video, I will try to recreate this delicious soup recipe using ingredients that are readily available here in the West of Ireland.
We're using two types of noodles- Miki (egg noodles) and Bihon (vermicelli noodles). Hope you enjoy watching!
