If you’re new to my channel, my name is John Masud Parvez.

I’m the founder of VSHR Group. Where we research business and social problems and solve them by establishing Companies and nonprofits. In our Group, VSHR Pro Academy has worked with around 75+ companies to transform their workforce.

Given this is a YT channel, and anyone can claim anything, I’ll give you some stuff you can google to verify below.

Years back, I used to say I have two lives. One is Career and the other is Passion. So I will tag each step with the use of them.

2010: [Passion] Discovered a passion for research and began publishing scientific papers.

2011: [Career] Embarked on my expatriate life as a Software Engineering Consultant.

2012: [Passion] Published around 11 scientific journal and conference papers in software engineering and data mining.

2012: [Passion] Received 4 PhD offers from institutions in Australia and the UK.

2013: [Career] Joined RMIT University as Head of Digital Transformation Projects.

2013: [Passion] Dropped out of PhD studies due to a strong desire to impact the masses.

2013: [Passion] Accidentally started self-funding research based on curiosity about human resources, driven by unpleasant experiences with healthcare customer service and education.

2016: [Passion] Founded a nonprofit named 'Social Health Revolution' focused on public healthcare development.

2017: [Passion] After growing the non profit of 50+Realized team size, realized HR was the biggest issue in the organization and almost close the nonprofit in desperation of having no solution.

2017: [Passion] Based on the advice from mentor, combine my Chief information expertise + HR Researches to build a workforce model start applying for my nonprofit.

2017: [Career] Joined Hoan My Medical Corporation as Group IT Director.

2019: [Passion] The new workforce models not only fixed VSHR's HR problems but also got attention nationwide, helping millions of people.

2021: Founded VSHR Pro Academy academy to bring the workforce transformation model to companies for empowering them by people, expertise and strategy.

2021: [Passion] Began creating content on YouTube to help others find and develop their passions and entrepreneurship projects.

2022: [Passion] Formed VSHR Group with clear objects with different companies and non profits.

2022: [Career] Joined FPT as Digital Transformation Director for healthcare businesses.

2024: [Passion] Publish my book 100x Business Workforce. Become Vietnam's Top Linkedin KOL / Influencer for the Technology and Innovation field.

2025: [Passion] Published my second book 100x Goal Setting for professionals to set RIGHT goals and HIT them without stress, being in control. Started the movement of "lifestyle Entrepreneur"


Today: I am known in the industry as a Business Breakthrough expert, and the two key areas of expertise are - Digital transformation, Workforce transformation. Our VSHR Group has companies that enable companies, leaders, and professionals to grow, achieve the next level of success. (which is how we make our money - not youtube videos).


To all the present and future champions in the arena, we’re all in the middle of writing our own stories. The worse the track, the more epic is our story.
