Bournemouth Model Railway Exhibition 2026 Part 1 of 3

Описание: The 2026 Bournemouth Model Railway Exhibition, organised by the East Dorset N Gauge Group (EDNGG), was held over the weekend of 14th/15th February at the new venue of the Kinson Community Centre. Although organised by an N gauge group, the layouts covered all the usual gauges/scales (and a few unusual ones). Well done to the organisers and exhibitors.

00:21 Karlisle - N gauge - Mike Banks. A close representation of the southern approaches to Carlisle Citadel in the late 1980s/early1990s.
05:38 Brewery Lane - 0 gauge - Ken Banks. Fictitious location somewhere in south Somerset at the site of an old brewery now being used as a locomotive depot.
09:45 Awreville Diesel Depot - 0 gauge - Tom Pinnell. Fictional older depot being updated in the 1990s to serve newer locomotives.
14:29 Croscombe - 0 gauge - Marchwood Modellers. An imaginary GWR branch line terminus station with two platforms, a goods yard and private siding.
16:10 Lisworth Bay - N gauge - John Spence. Branch line station set in the South West in the 1950s.
20:30 Goathorn - 7mm scale - Peter Hollins. Tramway to Poole Harbour serving the ball clay workings.
22:20 Rheilfford Wraniwm - 009 gauge - Daniel Nutbeam. Fictional North Wales mining railway, primarily serving Rhydymwyn Valley Works.
23:25 Box Metals - 00 gauge - Paul Corkrum. A box file layout of a scrap yard in the Sheffield area in the BR Blue period.
25:13 Autenbak - H0 gauge - Paul Corkrum. A micro automated 'tuning fork' shuttle layout featuring German Epoch 3 & 4 trains.
26:08 Moor Boxes - various gauges - Kevin Staden. A set of layouts displaying various scenarios in box files.
