The Trinamool Congress (TMC) on Wednesday dissolved all its organisational committees across West Bengal. The decision comes at a time when the party is facing one of its biggest internal crises in recent years.

In a statement posted on social media, the party announced that all committees of the parent organisation and its frontal wings stand dissolved with immediate effect.

The party said it will now carry out a comprehensive review of its organisational structure.
