Snooky expresses complex emotions, including paranoid illusions, megalomaniac tendencies, and narcissistic psychopathy. She accuses the therapist, Nadia, of insulting her and wearing a fake mask. The session takes an unexpected turn when Snooky brings up the topic of holding farts and their supposed effect on the brain, ultimately ending the session abruptly.
