This beginner friendly workout can be done in any small space and requires minimal equipment. You will need at least two sets of dumbbells. This workout does not require a mat or any floor work. Exercises are generally set to the beat of the music to increase the fun factor. Exercise choices are designed to maximize your time working out with me, with a longer work to rest interval ratio. You will get strengthening exercises mixed in with calorie torching cardio drills within this video. As always, losing fat will be part of being in an overall calorie deficit. Exercise along with dietary changes may be necessary to achieve then desired results.
