The Road Less Traveled: Highway 389 Through Quebec

Описание: Join us on an epic road trip along Quebec’s remote Highway 389 — from Fermont to the Manicouagan Reservoir and the impressive Manic-5 Dam.

We start this vlog in Fermont, a unique mining town famous for its massive wall that shields residents from the harsh northern winds.
From there, we drive the rugged, partly unpaved sections of Hwy 389, one of Canada’s most remote and challenging highways.
Our journey continues to the breathtaking Manicouagan Reservoir, also known as the “Eye of Quebec,” where we set up camp for a few days, enjoy nature, and finally make a campfire again.
The adventure ends with a visit to the engineering marvel of the Manic-5 Dam, the largest multiple-arch buttress dam in the world.
