The problem with an ordinary screed floor is the drying of the screed. If it does not dry evenly, tensions will arise in the surface. The floor cracks or collapses. In addition, you also have to wait long enough before you can continue.

SOLUTION
Staenis brings a grid as a solution. By dividing the floor into smaller sections of 50 by 50, the screed dries more evenly without internal tensions. You can easily set the right height. So you have a base that is perfectly level. You only have to fill up the grid for a completely flat result.

POSSIBILITIES
You can fill the grid with different materials. In addition to traditional screed, you can also opt for an insulating variant. A dry construction, with aerated concrete or equalization granules, is also possible. The grid can also be used for terraces, where you fill the grid with draining mortar. With less pressure-resistant fillers, you can attach OSB boards to the top of the grid and place a floor finish of your choice on top.

EASE OF USE
You don't need any experience: you snap the legs and slats together to form square compartments. If necessary, shorten the slats to size, or make a conduit for the utility lines. Adjust the height of the legs so that the compartment is level. Then you just need to fill the grid with the screed and level out the floor using the grid as a reference point.
