I recently gave another concert in Oriel, for Butterfly and Barcarolle by Lubomyr Melnyk. It was my good fortune that Oriel's social media team decided that day was the day to film some student recitals. Though the piano itself isn't the best, it's a cute video.
As always, you can listen to Lubomyr Melnyk here: / lubomyr melnyk - topic (this is only a small selection of this music). He offers lessons and guidance in playing, and the whole purpose of this channel is to help potential students of the music get a sense of what is possible, and to share his music more generally.

Butterfly is one of his most iconic pieces, and good performance goes way beyond knowing the notes and rhythms.
Professional recordings of this piece are easily found - I compiled a playlist here: • Butterfly by Lubomyr Melnyk
This piece was initially improvised in a hotel lobby, where he was rehearsing for a major concert (in 2010, thenabouts) and some children came downstairs, fascinated, and he wanted to give them something more simple that they could delight in. This explains the simple main theme and tonality, and a childlike wondrous feeling should pervade the non-continuous sections of the piece. It grew over the years.
The piece is, loosely, about some caterpillar enjoying nature, skulking around and dreaming of becoming a butterfly; it may enter a garden at one moment, and watch the children playing; it eventually forms the chrysalis and undergoes metamorphosis, and then emerges a butterfly; it then, perhaps, gently explores its new world and is very happy and grateful... or, if you like, it stops halfway through the metamorphosis, feeling like the end is near, and goes through a second stage... up to you.
Barcarolle is an interesting and quite accessible piece of continuous music, by the master Lubomyr Melnyk; it has a much more classical (and easily identifiable) sense of rhythm and melody than his deeper and more transcendent works, yet still makes essential use of his technique. I have only been able to play this piece for about a week and a half, but have known the notes for years and years.
Here are some proper recordings Lubomyr made:
