Some definitions of words frequently used:

Trine: 120° angle between two points/planets that allows for an easy and most of the time positive energy flow between the two points/planets that is sometimes hard to and can sometimes be easily overcome

Sextile: 60° angle between two points/planets that is a more forceful energy connection that is still mostly positive and much easier to recognize and is not easily overcome

Square: 90° angle between two points/planets that is a rough and frustrating energy that can force something to happen in an aggravating way or sometimes keep something from happening in an aggravating way and is not easily overcome

Opposition: 180° angle between two points/planets that can show aggressive or complementary energies coming from opposite places and depends on the points/planets involved

Conjunction: 0° when two points/planets come together in the same degree this can show an internal change or shift but will adjust something and very much depends on the house it is in.

Transit: the path and movement of a planet or point in the Universe that is measured in units of degrees and divided up into 12 30 degree sections called signs
