Polytunnel planting gets closer to being complete for Autumn 2020 as I plant Lettuces, Chard and Pak Choi. When the dwarf beans have finished cropping and come out then I can get the last of the Pak Choi planted. I will have spare plants of all of these if needed. And I still have other lettuces germinating along with Rocket + others.
Some of these extras might be planted out in the garden itself. And I also add a tip about a Pak Choi stir fry.
