Margaret Keenan, the first person in the world to have a Covid-19 jab outside of a trial, has urged people to get vaccinated.
The grandmother became the first person in the world to get the vaccine outside of a trial last year when she got the jab at Coventry's University Hospital.
Speaking on the one-year anniversary, the 91-year-old grandmother said: “The best Christmas present I could have is being in good health and having had the jab and feeling free from this horrible virus.”
"Thanks to the NHS I'm here today," she added.
"Please do get the jab."
