Pyaz (Onions): 3 medium , sliced
Tamatar (Tomatoes): 2 large , chopped
Adrak Lehsan Paste (Ginger-Garlic): 2 tablespoons
Gehun ka Atta (Wheat Flour): 3 tablespoons
Whole Spices (Sabut Masalay)
Tez Patta (Bay Leaves): 2
Darchini (Cinnamon): 1-inch stick
Sabut Elaichi (Green Cardamom): 3–4
Sabut Laung (Closes): 5–6
Powdered Spices (Pisay Masalay)
Haldi (Turmeric) Powder: 1.5 teaspoons
Lal Mirch (Red Chili) Powder: 1.5 teaspoons (adjust to taste)
Dhaniya (Coriander) Powder: 1.5 tablespoons
Garam Masala Powder: 1 teaspoon
Namak (Salt): 2 teaspoons (or to taste)
For Garnish
Hari Mirch (Green Chilies): 3–4 , split
Fresh Adrak (Ginger): 1-inch piece , julienned
