apparently, development will share the merit with the one who took the first
head I trust that means intervention will not be misinterpreted as a cake no side but merely
as an expression of profound feelings which are current all over the world and which it
seems to me have a right to be heard here also outside the framework of government policy I hope that each one of the government's represent the ground experience we wish
to try out the line of trust as a way out or the disintegration and decline under which we now fall"
