On International Yoga Day we have a special guest for you. Samyuktha Varma has been a serious yoga practitioner for over a decade. In this Interview/podcast in Malayalam we talk about her journey in Malayalam Movies to today, where she is a Yoga Practitioner committed to the Yoga and Meditation.
In this podcast, we cover her early years as an actress. Her journey through Malayalam Cinema as a very young woman, her movie like Mazha and Madhuranombarakaattu where she received critical acclaim for her performance.
Samyuktha took a long break from movies post her marriage to very accomplished Actor Biju Menon. She is now a Yoga Practitioner and also has completed her teachers training course in Yoga as well. She follows both Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha Yoga. In his two-part series we talk about both her career and her passion Yoga. In part 2 we mostly focus on her personal life.

About our guest:
Samyuktha Varma is a former Indian actress who was active in Malayalam films from 1999 to 2002. She made her debut in 1999 as the female lead in the movie Veendum Chila Veettukaryangal for which she won her first Kerala State Film Award for Best Actress, since then she has acted in a total of 18 films. Varma has won two Kerala State Film Awards for Best Actress and two Filmfare Award for Best Actress. She is married to Malayalam actor Biju Menon since 2002.
