➡️ Command Block: /give @p command_block
➡️ Command Block: /setblock ~ ~ ~ command_block

➡️ World Edit Template: /execute as @a[hasitem={item=wooden_axe,location=slot.weapon.mainhand},scores={wedit=0}] at @s positioned ^^^10 run clone x1 y1 z1 x2 y2 z2 ~ ~ ~ masked
➡️ Eraser function: /execute as @a[hasitem={item=wooden_axe,location=slot.weapon.mainhand},scores={wedit=9}] at @s positioned ^^^10 run fill ~-2 ~-2 ~-2 ~2 ~2 ~2 air
➡️ Reset Score: /execute as @a[scores={wedit=10..}] run scoreboard players set @s wedit 0

Change Score:
➡️ Repeat, Always Active: /execute at @e[name="wooden axe"] run scoreboard players add @e[name=manfred] wedit 1
➡️ Chain, Always Active: /execute at @e[name="wooden axe"] run give @p wooden_axe
➡️ Chain, Always Active: /kill @e[name="wooden axe"]
