Every couple of years we have to paint the floor at Belfast Studio Rental. In the past we have tried a few types without success. They get dirty quickly and seem to have a "tooth" to them that attracts and holds onto dirt.
This time we are trying Jotun Hardtop AX (2 part) coating. It went on well, if a little thin feeling. We have 1300sq.ft.(120sq.M) to cover with three cans of covering; could have used one more for good measure but the 3 did cover it all well.
When you look down onto the floor, you are able to see the coverage and roller areas. However when you look across the floor, like you would if you were to photograph something, the coverage looks smooth and clean. The coating has a nice gloss to it and I will report back on how it is on rainy days when clients walk in with wet shoes.
