Driving in a heavy rain and hail storm (mountain road driving) - onboard camera

Описание: Driving in a heavy rain storm, which's severity increases with time and turns to a severe hail storm, with a Mitsubishi Lancer 1.5L Invite sedan, during a Summer day.The video starts on the way to Kleitoria (village) on the road that connects Kleitoria with Greek National Road 33 (GR-33). The visibility gets worse and worse as the time lapses. In some points the road is flooded resulting in big water splashes. Besides the soundtrack I have left some clips of the original sound captured with the GoPro to hear the intensity of the rain (1:26, 8:35) and the severity of the hail (5:00), as well as the sound of a huge water splash (11:57). GoPro HD HERO2 does a superb job capturing the atmosphere and I think it gives somewhat better visibility than the human eye.
