On April 8, 2024, as the full solar eclipse swallowed the sun over Lake Erie, Axioma performed a composition written for this exact moment in cosmic darkness. “Live Totality” is a one-time creation, forged in the shadow of the eclipse and recorded live as the path of totality became night.
Performed live in a single take by Axioma, this one-of-a-kind recording coincided with the eclipse’s darkest moments over Lake Erie on Ohio’s northern shores, where day turned to night in a fleeting cosmic ritual.
