An Antidote to Addiction (Faith-Based or Spiritual-Based Recovery)

Описание: Rates of drug addiction and alcohol addiction are spiking more and more. Recovery, abstinence, or harm reduction can be difficult to enact these days with the state of affairs as they are. Faith-based recovery, spiritual-based recovery, meditation, prayer, and other higher power-oriented recovery solutions might be helpful for people that have not been able to achieve their goals without this commonly-utilized resource.

For atheists, faith or spiritual-based recovery is not a good fit. For agnostics, it could be a fit but it depends on many factors. For people that believe in at least some concept of a higher power, God, or universal power of some type, oftentimes faith or spiritual optimization can offer immense benefits to their goals regarding substance use behaviors.

Faith-based recovery and spiritual-based recovery work wonders for some and appear to not work for others. Many individuals have been turned off by religion and many others have been turned off by spirituality for various and personal reasons which are all valid. Thus, each person and situation is unique and each person has free will to choose their own path.

Harnessing the power of faith in a creator or universal intelligent energy is a personal choice and the sole intent of this video was to provide the individuals that resonate with it something uplifting. It's a fun creative project that was inspired and not intended to proselytize one bit.
