The ability to operate laboratory equipment over ever broader process parameters is increasingly important for researchers. This unit has been specifically developed to address this need.
The ability to perform 8 parallel fixed-bed catalyst tests from 80°C to 800°C and up to 100 bars provides extreme flexibility. The unit has been specifically designed to handle everything from heavy Fischer-Tropsch wax production, to high-temperature alkane dehydrogenation or ammonia cracking conditions.
Active flow control and fully independent temperature measurement in each reactor insure extremely accuract results are produced. Both gas-phase as well as liquid-phase components can be added to all reactors.
The unit is fully-automated operating on Siemens S7 with the ILS Workflow Manager System, which allows for chemists to easily design complex, multistep experiments with seamless integration of online analytics, which are simply executed with the click of a button.
