One of the promises I made to myself for this campaign is to keep balance in my life. It’s been important for me to take time to connect with friends and flex my creativity muscle, I love taking friends sailing for the first time and learning from them as well. Here I brought Radmila, Olivia, Luis and Aaron sailing alongside Ella, Magnus and the Team Paradise squad.
This time is also unique because I get to lay down a very strong fitness baseline. For my past two Olympic campaigns I haven’t had a long off season, so I end up having certain muscles groups that are always overused and others that forget to turn on. I am spending some quality time addressing this and building the base I need!
