I’m assuming you already know the basics of the game. Know the normals and how to do the special moves. Easiest character to fight the cpu in my opinion is with Guile. You can just abuse his crouching forward, sonic booms, and flash kick. Never jump at the cpu. Let it approach you. Zone it from afar with booms and use crouching forward to keep it out. When the cpu jumps at you, flash kick. On their wake up, throw a meaty jab boom and follow up with crouching forward. Wait for cpu to jump at you again and rinse and repeat. Cpu has recognizable patterns to their attacks as well so try to recognize it. For instance, Cammy will neutral jump or jump backwards before doing a hooligan throw. She also has a habit of doing unsafe cannon drills. Wait for her to do this and punish it accordingly.
