National Mah Jongg League Rules are based on exactly 152 tiles as follows:
Eight Jokers, four of each Wind (N, E, W, S) tile, four of each Dragon (Red, Green and White) eight Flowers, and three suits (Bam, Crak and Dot) numbered one to nine (there are four identical tiles for each number) Each wall is comprised of exactly 19 double-tiered tiles.
