আলকুশি বা বিলাই খামচি (বৈজ্ঞানিক নাম: Mucuna pruriens), (ইংরেজি: Velvet bean,
Cowitch, Cowhage, Kapikachu, Nescafe, Sea bean) হচ্ছে Fabaceae পরিবারের একটি উদ্ভিদ।

আলকুশি একটি গুল্ম জাতীয় গাছ। এটি শিম পরিবারের একটি উদ্ভিদ। ফল অনেকটা শিমের মতো, ৪ থেকে ৬ টা বীজ থাকে।
শুকনো ১০০টি বীজের ওজন হচ্ছে ৫৫-৮৫ গ্রাম।[২] এবং বীজগুলো ক্ষুদ্র ক্ষুদ্র লোম দ্বারা আবৃত থাকে যা সহজেই পৃথক হয়ে যায়।
এগুলি ত্বকের সংস্পর্শে এলে প্রচণ্ড চুলকানি সৃষ্টি করে। বানরের সঙ্গে এদের সম্পর্ক হল,
যখন আলকুশি ফল পুষ্ট হতে থাকে তখন চুল্কানির ভয়ে বানরের দল ঐ এলাকা ছেড়ে চলে যায়, কারণ এর হুল বাতাসেও ছড়িয়ে পড়ে।
