DSP Tries It: Violating Twitch Terms of Service

Описание: DISCLAIMER: These are Phil's own words. I am not someone out to defame or destroy a youtuber who I have found years of entertainment out of. To go out on a pair of false strikes would be rather bleak but, as this video shows, his mouth is his biggest problem.

Again, I'm holding Phil to account for his conduct. This is not a witch hunt.

Previously Phil's begging videos have been on youtube and, thusly may have escaped violation of the Twitch Terms of Service.

Unfortunately, in light of DSPGaming being out of action, he continued to stream on twitch proclaiming financial hardship whilst imploring his viewers to "participate more with tips, subs and cheers."

In his own words. On the twitch platform. As cheers were coming in! To the letter of the law, his channel has violated the terms of service he agreed to when he created the account.

Furthermore, Phil estimates on camera that his Patreon makes up 15% of his monthly income. With those numbers, I drew up a quick estimate of his annual earnings. In a supposed time of hardship.

Fraud is difficult to prove but this violation is clear cut. Phil only has himself to blame.
