[Kenshi] Garrett the Thief solo run to all Meitou Weapons 08

Описание: Goals of this playthrough:

Cosplay as closely as possible to Garrett from the Thief series
Acquire Masterwork Armor and Edge 3 Weapons
Rack up a bounty as high as possible with Holy Nation and United Cities. Tech Hunters and the Shek Kingdom are my friends
Play organically, no cheesy stat gains, except for Toughness probably
Get and store in one of my safe houses all the Meitou weapons in the game
Achieve all Tech Upgrades cuz why not
No save scumming, run ends when I die
