This production line comprises 3 main components. An rotary in-feed table takes the containers and places them on a conveyor. The A8 filling machine is an 8-headed liquid filling machine that deposits a programmable quantity of liquid into the containers. This is a semi-automatic set-up whereby the worker places the cap on the container and the in line cap tightener finishes off the process. We also have options for fully automatic capping machines and the machines are adjustable to work with varying sizes, materials and cap type as shown here.
