Cascate di Fanes

Описание: Il 3 aprile scorso siamo stati alle Cascate di Fanes, abbiamo trovato poca neve e non servivano ne ciaspole ne ramponcini, tanto da arrivare fin sotto alle cascate... prima a quella "bassa" (a due passi da Ponte Alto) e poi alla cascata "alta" (Sbarco de Fanes). Credetemi, non abbiamo incontrato anima viva (sì, una cerva), tempo bellissimo (solo un po' di vento freddo), tanto da restare meravigliati come se fosse la prima volta nel vedere questa bellezza naturale! Insomma, se potete andateci ora fuori stagione, non in estate con le carovane di turisti...

We went back to the Fanes waterfalls (we had been there two and three years ago, always in the summer and once in the winter but with so much snow that we could only get as far as the Ponte Alto on snowshoes). In April 3rd, we found very little snow and neither snowshoes nor crampons were needed, so much so that we got under the falls... first to the "low" one (near Ponte Alto) and then to the "high" waterfall (Sbarco de Fanes). Believe me, we didn't meet a soul (yes, just a doe), beautiful weather (just a little bit of cold wind), so much so that we marveled as if it was the first time to see this natural beauty! In short, if you can go there out of season now, not in summer with the caravans of tourists...
