You will see why Winter City Lights in Olney takes the top spot for all around adventure, with a 52 foot programmable Christmas tree, massive light canopy, and an 8 lane snow tubing slide that runs for two hours per ticket. 
We will walk through classic drive through shows like Symphony of Lights in Columbia and the Winter Lights Festival at Seneca Creek State Park in Gaithersburg, which now stretches about 3.5 miles and features more than 450 illuminated displays. 
You will also see the best free and low cost options, from the Washington DC Temple Festival of Lights with free concerts and displays, to ZooLights at the National Zoo with tickets around nine dollars this year.
