Everyone, meet Alexandre Kénol, president of Ligue de Futsal 5 Étoiles (LF5E)
Alex has seen Maria's video and was inspired by her motivation to take action and change her health habits. Take a look at our first interview with him, where he describes his goals and the reasons behind this change in his life.
His story is something most of our clients at Citalfort can relate to; the desire to reach your peak physical condition, to be the best you can be, to rise to the challenge and not to give in when the going gets rough. To meet and surpass your limits.
Alex knows the road ahead will be a long one and more importantly a difficult one, but with the support and passion that our existing clients have here, we have no doubt that Alex will succeed in his endeavour.
