Nilinaw ng Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) na hindi awtomatikong nangangahulugan ng korapsyon ang mga natuklasan ng Commission on Audit (COA) kaugnay ng mahigit ₱200-M na hindi pa nali-liquidate na cash advances at humigit-kumulang ₱70-M hindi awtorisadong bank accounts ng ilang unit nito.
