Jeremiah makes a Portuguese meringue dessert called pudim Molotov (also called pudim molotof or pudim das claras). This dessert is like eating a cloud. It's an excellent way of using up egg whites which Portuguese bakers always find themselves with an abundance. It is a baked caramel flavored meringue.
