Chef's Notes For the Soup:
Jon and I had two bowls each, and then we were sad because there was only one bowl for leftovers. Definitely double up the recipe if you want leftovers or you're cooking for more than two.

I only used ONE teaspoon of chili powder because I can't take too much heat! It still had plenty of warmth and spice to it though. I also did not add chile de arbol.

I didn't use the apple cider vinegar...honestly I forgot to add it, but I didn't miss it! Also didn't use black beans, but that's just a personal preference 😊
