(2)The main purpose:
After feeding strip,combination between profile and strip not tightly, need use rolling machine to make them combine tightly. Use 3 sets of hard rolling wheels to press the aluminum alloy profiles with heat insulation profiles.
1st group: Guiding and pre-rolling(crimping)
2nd group: rolling(crimping)
3rd group: straightening (horizontal and vertical)
(3)Features
1.Each rolling wheel can be adjusted independently (up and down, left and right), and the pressure is displayed by three pressure digital meters
2.Three sets of steel roller to combine strip with aluminum profile tightly, the pressure increase from the first set to the third set, to avoid damage profile because of two big and too sudden rolling force.
3.The third rolling wheel can be straightened during the rolling process to ensure the parallelism and straightness of the heat insulation profile
4.Workbench adjustment: the overall lifting of the workbench is realized by four lifting screws, and a digital display meter is equipped.
5.Taiwan linear rail, Schneider electrical appliance, and precision screws are adopted.
