The International Women's Club of Moldova (IWCM) will hold its 8th Night of Art - charity exhibition and sale from 18:00 until 21:30 on Friday 8th April in the Central Pavilion at Moldexpo.

First launched in 2004, the Night of Art is now the most popular charity exhibition in Moldova's arts calendar. Organised by the IWCM each spring, the Night of Art is a wonderful occasion, which showcases the talent of Moldova's artists and artisans and raises money for good causes in Moldova. Tickets cost 100 Lei and all of the money from ticket sales goes to charity.

The International Women's Club was established in 1997 and to date its members have raised over $188 000 for charity with events such as the Night of Art in spring and the Winter Bazaar in December. Members of the club operate on an entirely voluntary basis and all of the money raised benefits the needy in Moldova, especially women and children.

The Night of Art 2011 will raise money for a "Communication Club" run by the Regina Pacis Foundation to give social support to the elderly and other vulnerable groups in Chisinau and for an all purpose sports court for children and teenagers in Sadova, r-nul Calarasi.
