This Pear Cake Melts in Your Mouth. Try it💛
Ingredients:
3 eggs
200 g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100 g melted butter
1 pear, grated (for inside the cake)
Lemon juice (to prevent the pear slices around the cake from darkening)
250 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional)
2 to 3 pears, thinly sliced (for decorating the sides of the cake)
• Let the cake cool and then cut it. Don't rush like I did ;)
• Do not put the cake in the refrigerator, as it will become firm.
• Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 50–55 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean.
