Are you clinging to tasks that drain your energy and capacity, preventing you from thriving in your true calling? In this episode of Leveraging Success, Jeff Gerhardt sits down with Jason Glenn, a faith-driven wealth strategist and ministry leader, to unpack the counterintuitive leadership tool of "neglect", intentionally letting go of non-essential responsibilities to focus on your unique strengths and invite others to contribute.
Jason shares his recent experiences relocating to Dallas-Fort Worth, launching a new career at Broadhead, and starting the Barnabas Collective, a network connecting Christian business leaders with global ministries. Jeff and Jason explore the challenges of entrepreneurial overload, the mindset shifts needed to delegate effectively, and how embracing benign neglect can free up mental space, foster team excellence, and align with God's vision for eternal impact. They discuss turning complaints into visions, overcoming control issues, and making commitments to build accountability.
This episode is filled with practical wisdom for leaders, entrepreneurs, and kingdom builders seeking to steward their time, talents, and roles with greater intention and faith.
