Because an app is NOT your brain 🧠❌

You can’t let a computer pull numbers for you 💻
And you damn sure can’t pull numbers out of your ass 😭
That’s why y’all say calorie tracking doesn’t work 🚫
It’s not the app
It’s the lack of understanding
You need at least a basic idea of
Maintenance ⚖️
A real deficit 📉
Why protein matters 🍗💪🏽
Otherwise you’re just guessing 🎯❌
And guessing is not sustainable 🚫
I want y’all to win 🫶🏽
But tracking only works when you actually know what you’re doing 😌💪🏽🔥
