Offer- An offer is definite and capable of converting an intention into a contract, i.e. it can be accepted as soon as it is made.

Invitation to Offer- It is only a circulation of an offer, it is an attempt to induce offer from the other person. It comes before a definite offer.

General Offer- Is an offer made to the public in general. It can be accepted by anyone having knowledge of the offer. So it is an offer. It can be accepted by one having knowledge of offer. It is not an attempt to call offer from the other person.
