The FrostWatcher has low DPS. In this video I go over the best builds and uses for it. I haven't seen anyone with this take on the Frostwatcher yet so it will definitely be worthwhile to watch if you have considered using it. The FrostWatcher required a whole new Hailey build to fully utilize it. Unfortunately, the Hailey builds will have to come in another video. Working on it now.
