Lacrimas profundere are one of my favourite bands and one of my greatest loves in music. For decades,they've been known for dark romantic gothrock especially in Germany,but with the joining of their new singer Julian larre they've started to reinvent themselves. The guys are the prime example for the fact that a band can rise like a phoenix from the ashes even after such a long time,and embark on a totally new journey. Some bands are satisfied with doing the same over and over again - however,lacrimas push boundaries and burst all limits. Julian's crazily versatile vocal range makes it possible for them to play any kind of music. Ever experienced a mix between melodic death metal and gothrock? No? That's the magic they summon in "To disappear in you",one of the singles from their new album "how to shroud yourself with night" (out on August 26)! I'm sure you guys from the wolf hunterz will dig this fierce,dark energy - that's a catchy masterpiece no one can get out of his head...
