STRAWBERRY MARSHMALLOWS

2 1/2 tbl gelatin (about 2 1/2 Gelatin Packets)
3/4 cup medium thick strawberry puree(kind of a thick apple sauce consistency)
1/4 cup cold water
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/8 tsp salt
1tsp vanilla extract

To make strawberry puree, you need to wash the strawberries remove the stems. For example : 2cups strawberries add 1/3 sugar, cook on low medium heat until really soft and mushy. Process in the food processor or blender, strain thought a fine mesh sieve, if too watery, cook on low heat until it thickens, and coats the wood spoon. Store in the fridge.

Ganache
1cup chocolate chips
1/3cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chopped nuts

You will also need:
Dark Chocolate Dipping Chocolate wafers
White Chocolate, either chocolate chips or Dipping Chocolate Wafers
Sprinkles
Sugar Cones
