Developing a mourning routine specific to your lifestyle is critical to begin each day with intent. In this video you will see how I am constantly building my energy (work-in) throughout the first 3 hours upon waking, so I will be fully charged before heading into the office, then exercising (work-out) shortly after. I have found that being present for the pain of my patients requires specific attention to how I regulate my energy in mind-body throughout the day. Some might find that it is more beneficial to workout (exercise) in the morning if they have a more sedentary work schedule. Listen to what your body needs so that you can provide the atmosphere to have exactly what you desire. Live consciously in how you Eat, Move, Rest and Play. Here is a breakdown of the first 3 hours of my day:

6:00 AM- Wake Up
-Happy Light
-Essential Oils (Frankincense)
-Song Bowl (3 Things I appreciate)
-20 Minutes Tai Chi
-Resistance Bands (Upper Body)
-Upper Body Stretch
-Resistance Bands (Lower Body)
-Lower Body Stretch
-Inversion Sling
-Hof Breathing Exercises
6:30 AM
-Broth
6:35 AM
-Research and Write Blogs
7:35 AM
-Breakfast
8:00 AM
-Play Guitar, Dance, or Art Therapy for 20 Minutes
8:20 AM
-Oil Pulling
-Hot & Cold Shower (Vascular Massage)
8:40 AM
-Trampoline (lymph flow)
8:45 AM
-Head to Office
9:00 AM
-Office
