Not Just a Natural Disaster - 10% of Icelanders are Without Central Heating Now

Описание: It is a major shock that 10% of the Icelandic population is without a heating because of one steel pipe that was not adequately protected. The temporary repair failed so it will not be possible to pump hot water from the power plant for the next few days and it will take about a week to bring full pressure to frozen hot water grid. This is a major disaster that should have been avoided.
