February is still a cold month in North Texas, but there's still lots to do in the garden. It's a good time to start quite a few plants indoors under a grow light. It's also a good time to plant certain types of root vegetables straight into the ground in the later part of the month. This video explains what flowers and vegetables we can plant in February both inside and outside.
