This gasoline powered camper van can seat 4 with 3-pt. seatbelts, sleep 3, comes with a 6 year warranty and is priced to sell. It just may be the ideal class b for first time buyers.

** More about this video **
The 2018 Zion SRT is built on the 19 foot 6 inch Dodge Promaster chassis. It's 1.5 feet shorter than the Zion but you can't really tell when you're on the inside. The layout of the Zion SRT is based on the tried and true rear sofa/bed configuration. When used as a lounge, there's room enough for 5 people to sit around the table. When the sofa is electronically lowered you can fill in the center section between the ottomans and get a 72"x62" bed or two twin beds when the cushions between the ottomans are removed. There's even a folding front mattress option (70"x33") for additional sleeping across the front captain's seats. The bed however isn't very comfortable to lay on. It appears that neither the sofa nor the ottomans use memory foam. Also, the ottomans cushions are not attached to anything so expect those to toss about the lounge when you're travelling down the road.
The galley is on the passenger's side (which means you look out onto your campsite and not your neighbor's). There's everything you need including a 2 burner stove, microwave oven and a marine style sink. You get some additional perks like instant hot water; a huge pots and pan drawer and a slide out pantry. There's also a flip up counter extension for additional work surface and an AC/DC/USB connection center. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of aisle width. No one will be doing the galley Shuffle in the Zion SRT.
The bathroom on the SRT is fine. Like most class b vans it's a wet bath. You get a toilet and a sink. The bathroom door flair outward when closed to give you more elbow room when occupied. However, the doors make use of a metal rod that you have to remember to drop into place in order to secure the doors before travelling. If you forget to drop the pin then there's a good chance the door will fly open during transit.
The table from the rear lounge can be moved forward and placed between the two captain's chairs to create a front lounge. This is great because it gives you two separate living areas in a 19 foot van.
The Zion SRT also come with available lithium batteries (400amp hours); an underhood generator (second alternator) and Roadtrek's remote engine start called Voltstart. This system allows you to leave the van unattended and if the AC needs to run, it will run off the lithium batteries and start the engine automatically to recharge them. The technology is first generator and is a bit cumbersome to setup and use.
The best part of Zion SRT package is it's industry leading 6 year bumper to bumper, transferrable warranty. It's RV ownership peace of mind and it makes the Zion SRT very easy to step into the RV lifestyle as a beginner.
