How to make a long exposure effect on After Effects

Описание: Have you ever seen these slow shutter speed videos with light strokes coming from traffic lights or nightsky timelapse? In the real world, they made it by slowing down the shutter speed but who cares when you have After Effects right? Let's do it!
It's super easy, just pick a smooth footage and apply the echo effect on it!
Apply this expression : -thisComp.frameDuration in the Echo Time parameter, change the Echo Operator and the Decay ans that's it!
