WJ Staggs has organized this show for years to the Livingston TN County Fair Association.
With the heat being such an issue the show did not begin til 7pm which gave shade to most of the ring. Ronny Ramsey was the Judge. I deem him an 'old time judge'. Every mule entering the ring before him started with the same opportunity to place in the class. This is a good location for exhibitors and the show was very efficient. This will be Part 1 of 2 due to a break before the wagon classes.
