설레는 일상과 정직한 음식으로
천천히 채워가고 있어요. 🍑

오늘은
맛잘알 전주 사람이 군산까지 달려가 먹고 온 칼국수입니다. 🚗💨🍜

사실 외관이 좀 허름해서
“여기 맞아…?” 하고 잠깐 망설였는데요…

국물 한 입 먹는 순간
아… 괜히 왔다가 아니라
괜히 안 왔으면 큰일 날 뻔했구나 싶었습니다. 😅

익숙한 듯하면서도
지금까지 먹어본 적 없는 국물 맛이라
오묘하면서 맛있습니다. ✨

그리고 같이 간
경도비만 남편님…

배부르다면서
결국 밥까지 말아 드셨어요. 🍚🤣

칼국수 잘하는 집은
김치도 맛있다더니
여기도 딱 그렇습니다. 🥬

군산 가시면
한 번쯤 들러보셔도 좋을 것 같습니다. 🍜

After going through 8 years of chemotherapy,
I learned something very simple but important…
Eating good food is real happiness. 🍑

These days, I’m slowly filling my life with
little moments of excitement and honest food.

Today’s story is about a bowl of kalguksu (Korean noodle soup)
that a food-loving Jeonju local drove all the way to Gunsan for. 🚗💨🍜

To be honest, the outside of the restaurant looked a bit… old.
For a moment I thought,
“Wait… is this really the place?” 😅

But the moment I tasted the soup…
I realized something important.

It wasn’t “Why did I come all this way?”
It was more like
“Oh no… what if I had missed this place?”

The broth tastes familiar and comforting,
but also somehow different from any noodle soup I’ve had before.
It’s a little mysterious… and really delicious.

And my husband—who claims he’s “too full” all the time—
ended up pouring rice into the soup and finishing everything. 🍚🤣

They say if a kalguksu restaurant is good, the kimchi will be good too.
And yes… this place proves that rule.

So if you ever visit Gunsan,
this might be a lovely little stop for a warm bowl of noodles. 🍜

(Just one warning!)
The opening hours are very short.

⏰ 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Only 4.5 hours a day!
